Spawn competition!

the 1.3.0 map is holding a competition for the new spawn for when it comes out.
i do not know about prizes yet but the winner will have their entry become the spawn ^_^.
you can either enter by sending the map, or uploading pictures to this thread.

you can make anything you fancy, whether it be a dirt hole, or a grand palace. your imagination is the limit! so gogogogogogogo!

Also, highlight your worldedit selection around the spawn, stand at the entrance of the spawn or another appropriate place that will be easy to paste, then type //save (your name) then goto your .minecraft > Schematics and upload the attachment. That way it is easier to put on server because i can send them to darth.

When you //save it will save your position relative to the selection, meaning that if you //save 60 blocks in the air, it will paste 60 blocks below you when you //load. So make sure it will be easy to place, preferably stand on the block you want to be spawn, then say how many blocks off of the ground it is. So it can be loaded without any hassle

Here is a picture of what I got so faar, and thats only the small enterance. Do I need to change the type of build, material, size or anything? And I will add rooms for different shops, but only if it is going to be used. Pllease reply with answers on my questions.

If anyone doesn't know how to do this... its really easy.

Just google dropbox and make an account

Then go to your .minecraft folder and click 'saves', put your map folder onto desktop.

After installing dropbox, there should be an icon on your desktop as well;
open that and put the folder with you minecraft map into the dopbox folder 'public'.

Then right click the folder (that is now in the 'public' folder in the dropbox folder);
and select 'dropbox'>'browse on dropbox website'

This will take you to the website, where you wanna click the 'public' label, just above your map files

There is a tiny little chain link icon to the left of the search dropbox bar, click that

This should open a new tab, which will have the URL that you want to post.
