Plugin suggestion: ModTRS

I wanna suggest this plugin called ModTRS. It's a ticket system for people that need help.

ModTRS

You type /modreq (message)

So if I got griefed, I type /modreq Someone griefed into my house and looted all my stuff

An online mod would get a message saying a new request is open. The ticket gets saved for later checking.  You can easily tp to the location the ticket was filed, and when the grief is fixed, you simply /done (ticket-ID) and the ticket filer gets a message that their request is completed.

I just think the server needs it, because mods/admins are rarely online, and often are busy or annoyed with people yelling "I GOT GRIEFED TP TO ME". This is a much easier solution rather than posting a post on the forums.

You mean /helpop ?

That is only for online people, and doesn't allow you to open a ticket
